The first day in Sarajevo, I did not have specific plans. I searched place where I wanted to visit, and went to. It was great. I could talk with Bosnians and French guy. However, the second day is totally different. Since I was in Japan I had planed to participate in marš mira!! I woke up at 7:oo am and had a break fast and watched news. Sarajevo TV news casters spoke on television about marš mira, so I was excited :D I left Sarajevo at 11:10.
This is the main bus station in Sarajevo. Be careful, we cannot pay by credit card! You have to prepare enough Bosnian mark. I bought a bus ticket to Tuzla. It was 20 mark. In Croatia and Sarajevo, we have to pay about 1 euro to put big luggage in trunk.
Anyway, my final destination is not Tuzla, but Nezuk. But in sarajevo nobody knows where is Nezuk. I knew that Nezuk is located in Tuzla district, so I believed that I could manage everything when I arrived at Tuzla.
It took three hours to Sarajevo to Tuzla including rest time. It was very very hot. Compare to Japan, sun shine is so strong.
I realized that I moved from city towns to country towns because of landscape I saw.
There are many mountains, trees, and green grasses, but are few houses. It was very very beautiful. I cannot see everything what I saw in Japan. I was just seeing landscape and thinking about marš mira.
Here is the rest place. I am surprised that Bosnian people smoke a lot. Women and men smoke anytime anyware :D Maybe,it is easy to get tobacco. Tobacco is really really cheap. In Japan one box is 3.3 euro. In slovenia, 2.8 euro, but in Bosnia, one box is 1.7 euro. See??
At 14:50, I arrived at Tuzla. I heard that Tuzla is the third largest city, but the bus station is small and no people, but I had to ask the way to Nezuk. But the most worst thing is that nobody understand English! It was unexpected stuffs.
I asked some taxi driver like, "Znate Nezuk?!" I asked 4 drivers, but they did not know. But I asked another guy. He knew Nezuk. He said I can drive you to Nezuk but 50 mark. I had no choice. I took a taxi.
On the way to Nezuk, I was really really nervous when I thought that he did not know Nezuk actually. Further, Nezuk is very far way from Tuzla than I imagined. When I saw the map, Nezuk and Tuzla are closed. But when I saw people with big backpacks and Bosnian frags, I confirmed that I could arrive at Nezuk. Nezuk is surrounded mountains, so it seems like poeple is so hard to walk to Nezuk. I felt like I am celebrity :D When I got close to Nezuk, every people looked at taxi.
When I arrived at Nezuk, there were few people, but everybody looked at me. I was so nervous again but I pretended I am Ok. I had no time to think. I must ask somebody about marš mira. I found out half naked guys near ambulance. I asked in English, "Tomorrow marš mira will start in here?" Then some guy told me that, " yes, today ,,is just celemony." and some guys asked me soon, "seat! have a seat!" "are you hungry?" " do you want coffee?" In fact they welcomed me with greeate hospitality. I told them everything, I came here alone and study history in Ljubljana, then they were impressed with me, and said "don't worry, be happy, we have everything and you can join our group!" I was also impressed with them!
At that time nervous feeling disappeared completely from my heart.
To be continued....
